BIO

Norwood recruited Angus Clarke from the Sturt Football Club at the start of the 2010 season. Primarily a ruckman at senior level, he was also capable of holding down a key position, forward or back.

Athletic and skilful,'Gus' made his league debut in round 14, 2010. He was restricted to just two senior games in his first season, and added another three league games the following year.

In 2012 Clarke had a solid year for the Redlegs, playing the entire season in the seniors and was named as the ruckman in the 2012 premiership side which comfortably defeated West Adelaide 12.7 to 3.12.

A serious knee injury resulted in Clarke missing the 2013 season.

In 2014 he shared the Reserves best and fairest award with Ed O'Connor.

Clarke later had stints with Goodwood Saints (South Australian Amateur Football League), Waratah (Northern Territory Football League), Old Melburnians (Victorian Amateur Football Association) and the Werribee Football Club (Victorian Football League)
